The film mixes various movie genres into a “hybridization” of neo-noir, western, action, and, musical elements. Released along side classic films like Karate Kid, Ghostbusters, Germlins, and Star Trek III, Streets of Fire found itself disappearing out of theaters with little fanfare. Now, 36 years later, Not A Bomb is examining why this movie struggled to find an audience.

Directed by the beloved Edgar Wright, Scott Pilgrim struggled in the theater at the time of release. Now, Not A Bomb examines if this commercial flop is truly worthy of the being labeled a “BOMB”.
The guys open the show talking about their favorite comics and we come to discover Troy lacks the ability to pronounce last names. John wows with his vast comic book knowledge and Brad compares relationships to used cars.

Criminally forgotten, Warrior finds Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton as estranged brothers who must come to grips with their past. Filled with amazing performances, brutal fight scenes, and every sports movie cliche imaginable, Warrior was praised by critics but sadly audiences decided to skip out.
Listen to grown men talk about crying throughout the movie, their love for Frank Grillo, Charlie’s Nick Nolte impressions, and ultimately, decide if Warrior deserves to be labeled a “bomb”.
