Episode 89 - My Boss's Daughter
Welcome back to a brand-new episode of Not A Bomb Podcast. Spousal Pick Month, mercifully, comes to an end and oh boy do we have a banger for the climax. Brad’s wife, Natalie, picks the 2003 rom-com - My Boss’s Daughter. Yep, the wives hate us. This film, not surprisingly, takes the podcast to a new low! My Boss’s Daughter is the most offensive, abhorrent piece of cinema discussed on the podcast…and we recently talked about The Pest so that’s saying something!
My Boss’s Daughter is from the early 2000’s so, of course, that means we have to watch Tara Reid and Ashton Kutcher try to act. Listen folks, this movie needs to go straight to movie jail and never come out.

Episode 88 - Grease 2
Welcome back to a brand-new episode of Not a Bomb Podcast. This is the podcast where we reexamine some of the most notorious box office flops or critically panned films and see if they deserve a second chance. Spousal picks continue in February as Troy’s wonderful wife, Tabitha, not only picks the film but joins the discussion on 1982’s musical/comedy - Grease 2. Adding to the madness is our great friend, Sammy from the GGMTC.
Differing opinions are all over this episode. Troy and Brad are clearly not huge fans of this cult favorite while Tabitha and Sammy have apparently joined a cult based on Grease 2. Listen as Brad talks about his sexual awakenings, Troy fights with his wife and dog, and Sammy gets a lesson on reproduction.

Episode 87 - Cats (2019)
Welcome back to a “Jellicle” episode of Not A Bomb podcast. Spousal picks continue as Brad’s wonderful wife, Natalie, picks 2019’s musical - Cats. In a film that truly must be seen to believe, Cats is the live-action adaption of the stage musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Considered one of the worst films of all time and one of the biggest bombs, Cats turns some of the greatest living actors into weird CGI cat-humanoids and some of the most bizarre “cat acting” ever seen.
Troy and Brad discuss everything from accidental CGI cat buttholes, spending four months in cat school, weird set designs with scaling issues, the meaning of jellicle, dancing cockroaches, and so, so much more. Additionally, Brad declares to hate musicals, only to realize he likes a ton of musicals. Oh, and Taylor Swift isn’t the main character - Brad was confused for most of the film. But she kinda plays a cat drug dealer so…yeah, there’s that.
