Chuck Steel is the brainchild of director Mike Mort, who voices the titiular character Chuck Steel, along with numerous other characters in the film. Banking on the good will of this short film, Chuck Steel: Raging Balls of Steel Justice, Mike was able to secure funding and create one of the best love letters to 80’s action films ever made, with a little bit of horror thrown in for good measure.
